SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of $500 is required to ensure the protection of the designated date(s). In the event of any harm or destruction to the property, buildings, equipment, or furnishings, an assessment will be conducted within 24 hours. As long as the property is returned in the same condition it was received, the security deposit will be refunded. It is required to clear the premises of any debris or waste that may have been left behind.

These rates grant access to both the main house and the coffee house, which can be utilized as a warming kitchen or for food preparation. Additionally, you will have access to the gazebo, fire pit area, and a beautiful wrap-around deck that offers a delightful spot to relax while enjoying the well-established gardens.

Please note that aside from providing a stunning space, we do not offer any additional services. However, we will provide a link with suggestions for local vendors to enhance your event.

*Rates:

Friday: 9 AM to midnight, $2500 (music off at 11 PM)

Saturday: 9 AM to midnight, $3500 (music off at 11 PM)

Sunday: 9 AM to 10 PM, music off at 9 PM, $2000
